Alli is 2 Months Old!

Alli is 2 months old already and is growing like a weed! She likes to smile and giggle because she's so well rested from consistently sleeping through the night. (Of course, I may have just jinxed us by putting that in writing!) I am loving staying at home and not returning to the classroom; sorry, teaching pals, I don't miss you enough to return! Can you blame me? Just look at the smile in this photo!

After Daddy finished playing with her hair, bathtime resulted in cute little curls atop Alli's head. :)

At her last doctor's appointment, it was confirmed that Alli's weight has caught up to her height; she has grown from being in the 10th percentile for weight and 90th percentile for height at one week old, to currently being in the 90th percentile for both. THE GIRL LIKES TO EAT!! And when she is fed, Alli is happy and smiling!


There is nothing sweeter than a sleeping baby (with Daddy's hairline).

Cousin Chase's Second Birthday

Cousin Chase turned two on August 30th, and Alli got all dressed up in her party dress and dancing shoes for the occasion.
Grandma and Grandpa from Spokane were able to join us in the festivities, much to everyone's surprise!

Mike was recently awarded a position flying a Falcon jet, which is good news, but Alli didn't like the idea of him leaving for training, AGAIN... as you can plainly see.

He'd better bring her home a present!
