Soccer, School, Family Pictures, Halloween, and Gabby is One!

Can you believe I'm five?!?

We love each other SO much!

(Insert evil laugh here.)

And I'm three!!

Really, we get along ALL the time!

(Do you think they believe us?)

I don't believe us, either!!

But we DO love each other!

I played soccer for the first time this year!  GO, FIREBALLS!

This spectator forgot her shades.

Coaches Jeff and Sean were so great with us!

After the first game of the season, I couldn't wait to play more!

One final crabbing trip of the season!

Too bad the boat had problems, and we had to turn back within a couple of minutes.  Better luck next year!

It's true, I'm in kindergarten!

I'm so ready for this!

When I learned this backpack said, "I go to princess school," I HAD to have it!

And I'm in preschool now!

Really!!

Mom keeps telling me to stop growing.  I refuse every single time.

Go, FIREBALLS!

Mamo and Gma surprised me by coming to a couple of games!

I got moves!

Good game, everyone!

Kenzie had a lot of friends help celebrate her first birthday!

Okay, kids, smile!  Thank you, Avery.

Ah, there's the birthday girl!

I'm Smurfette!

My first book order!

Ah... just like my mom. :)

My official kindergarten photo.

We love visiting with Olivia and Jack.

So silly.

We love you, Olivia!

Uncle Chris is home from fishing in Alaska all summer! Something is a bit furrier about him....;)  He shared some great photos and whale videos with us.  We sure missed him!

In September, I was contacted by Anna from the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.  She wanted to know if they could use Avery's picture in the print materials for their upcoming Breath of Life Gala in November "because she's so cute."  Well, of COURSE they can use her photo to help raise money!  They arranged for a photo shoot down on the Kirkland waterfront and took photos of our family.

Thank you, CFF, for some great pictures!

At the pumpkin patch with Mrs. Hunter's kindergarten class.

Three soccer buddies, all in the same classroom!  Hi, Emma and Kenley!

Checking out the spooky barn.

Must.  Keep.  Up.  With.  The.  Big.  Kids.

Searching for the perfect pumpkin is no easy feat.

Here's mine!

I found it!

They let us pick an apple from the orchard!

Nom nom nom.

Papa finally made it to a soccer game!

Unfortunately, it was the wettest game ever.

Such a fun season!  Can't wait to play again next fall!

Time to carve the pumpkin!

Hello, Princess Jasmine!  (Mike is a very good daddy.)

Mom loves catching us reading!

Coloring with Grandma and Grandpa!

Happy Halloween!  We got to spend it with Julian!!

Oops, I mean Princess Anna and a Barbie mermaid princess got to spend it with Captain America!

Unfortunatley, Daddy had to work.  We missed him.

Aaaaargh!  We LOVE spending Halloween with the Nysoes!

We were joined later by a ninja turtle (Blake), a Pink Lady (Emersen), and a valley girl (Addisen.)  So fun!

Hi, Michelle!  Love your outlets; where's the plug?  (Her husband, TJ, was!)

Such sweet girls.

Check out our loot!

I loved snuggling with this beautiful Egyptian queen (aka, Julian's Grandma Soup).

Aaaaaaargh!

Grrrrrrrrrr.

Back at home, we had to take inventory.

(This picture has held true for weeks; Alli would rather organize and hoard her candy than eat it, and Avery wants to eat it all.)

No, Daddy, the candy is NOT for you!

Gotta keep him from my candy!

We got him!

Wait a minute...

What is happening??

I've still got him, right?!?

Remember the photo shoot provided by the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation?  This flyer arrived in our mailbox one day in October (as it did in hundreds of others).  Our baby!

Later, the official gala auction program arrived.  Look who's inside!

We are ALL there!

They invited us to attend the gala, so how could we refuse?  I had the most handsome date there!

We entered the Sheraton Hotel, and our beautiful girl welcomed us at the gala entrance!

Living the high life, at least for one night. :)

Avery's picture was scattered throughout the hotel floor on various posters and banners.  Our family picture even greeted everyone as they entered the room set up for family silent auction items. Avery and Alli, both, made appearances inside the ballroom during dinner and the auction.  It was nice to see them all night long. :)  We met some wonderful people at our table and had an amazing time.  What a fun night!

Fun dinner with friends!

See the card I made all by myself for baby Gabby's birthday?

Sweet Gabby is ONE!!

Wait, you have a camera?

How's this face?

Wait, I can do better...

Here it is!

Happy Birthday, sweet Gabbalicious!  We love you!
